Understanding

Here is where we get a better idea of the challenge and how to make it a worthwhile  opportunity. Who is the audience? What do they care about? How does it drive their decisions? This is the time to set aside all assumptions for a more empathetic point of view.

Exploration

It’s almost time for the glue and glitter. First, let’s figure out where we’re going. Plotting the points on our map, we need to determine what deliverables are needed. Where will those deliverables be used? How will they stitch together to create a holistic story?

Materialization

Next up: trying our solutions out. Getting this in front every contributor is a  major part of the process. We need to see what works in order to refine, find alternatives, solutions, or just completely rule things out. Remember, we’re trying to craft a  story  that's true to you
