Local homebuilder reimagines their materials for streamlined look.

For three decades, Charter has been creating neighborhoods with character. It was time their marketing materials communicated the same.

With a new vision from its owner, Charter Homes & Neighborhoods was after a designer to be a strategic partner. They looked to Anthony to work with their external agency to build a look for Charter’s new vision.

LIVE SOME PLACE SPECIAL

Charter was about one thing: Character. They’re goal was to inspire character to create special places for people to call home. To them, character was a great location inspired by the area’s history. It was giving homeowners the tools to select unique touches for their home. It was how it is all delivered to them in the end.  The goal for Anthony and the agency was to think differently; to create standardized pieces that stood out from standard homebuilder materials — to create pieces with character. Materials were mostly print that included but not limited to sales brochures, neighborhood brochures, print ads, quarterly newsletters, promotional pieces and logos.
